Still haven't got Bioshock Infinite as part of my Never Settle deal :(

Pretty bad that you havent got it yet.

Just keep pestering support, it should come eventually. Very poor service indeed however, seems very late.
 
Your nto the only one mate, horrendous issues with Crysis 3, Tomb Raider and bioshock from AMD.

Email the amd4u addresss in your original email confirming the never settle promo.
You're kinda lucky tho, at least they've not spammed you with duplicate keys yet :p

Same here, keys requested 2 weeks ago now. Got Crysis fairly quick though.
Worse thing is they sent me a standard 'already sent please check your inbox / junk folder ' email 3 times now, despite me informing them that they had not emailed it to me.

Unhappy with their service TBH.
 
Yea still waiting for mine, sent them a polite email asking to its whereabouts
I fully expect the check your spam folder!!

My email to them seems to have jogged it through
