after replaced my xp-120 with arctic cooler freezer 64 pro temp drop from 35c idle to 31c-33c depend on room temp. but im still not happy about this as my room temp never go past 24c. i would expect cpu temp to be below or around 30c at idle. what else can i do to improve my airflow, my current case setup is below.

Those temps are very good. I really don't think there's too much room for improvement, save removing the IHS, but then you'd have to change your cooler.

stop bloody worrying tbh. you're cpu isnt going to be 6c aboive room temp at idle. It could be 10c more at idle and be perfectly normal.

what exactly are you trying to achieve?

What he said, temps are fine.

Only way to lower them would be to strap another fan onto the heatsink (maybe 1-2c lower), lap the base or get a supply of cold air going to it.

Absolutely nothing wrong with those temps at all. Exhaust fans are generally more efficient at moving air than intake fans (apparently), so you may want to try moving one of those at the front to the back and see what happens.

Although tbh I wouldn't bother :p

Mate... don't worry. There is absolutely nothing to be gained from dropping your CPU temp from 35c to 31c. Don't add fans. All you'll end up with is a noisier rig which runs exactly the same as before. These things can handle 60c+.

yeh, maybe you right, but still worries me if i decided to oc'd this, let say another 200-300Mhz. the temp would be even higher =P but im ok with the current temp. maybe moving to w/c in the future.

Even higher?

For a CPU 35c is a very low temp. You have a long way to go until you hit problems. Your load temp is 43c - you have up to 55-60c before you need to start thinking about improving cooling.

You're actually doing pretty well.

you could look into fitting a gfx card exhaust that sends the heat out of the back of the case, i think that drops temps 1 or 2 degrees

If you mean one of those things that plug into the PCI slot under your GFX card, don't. They make a dead loud noise and make virtually no difference!
