Still undecided on which RAM

Hi there all:

I am close to pulling the buy trigger on a new build, currently got an:
Asus P5B Duluxe Motherboard
Intel Core2Duo E6600 (2.4Ghz) with a slight overclock to 2.8Ghz
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro
6GB of Crucial DDR2 Ram.

Already in the basket:

Intel Core i5-3570K 3.40GHz (Ivybridge)
Asus P8Z77-V PRO Intel Z77
Zalman CNPS11X Extreme CPU Cooler

The rest of the parts are being brought over from my current build.

Initially, I will not be overclocking the processor until i'm happy with the system stability. If i do decide to overclock later on, I have no plans to overclock any further than 4Ghz.

As the title says, I am still unsure about with RAM. I have narrowed it down to the following:

Samsung Green (MV-3V4G3D/US) 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C11 1600MHz 30nm Dual Channel Kit [MV-3V4G3D/US]

Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (CML8GX3M2A1600C9) [CML8GX3M2A1600C9]

G.Skill RipJawsX 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL ) [F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL ]

Kingston HyperX Genesis Grey 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (KHX1600C9D3X2K2/8GX) [KHX1600C9D3X2K2/8GX]

I will only be running the ram at 1600MHz at 9-9-9-24 timings.

Question 1:

If I am only running the ram at those timings, does it matter which of these ram sets I go for?

Question 2:

From a quality and speed point of view, which of the above Ram sets do you think are the best ones to go for?

I would personally go for Corsair. They have been proven to be a very reliable brand

I'd always had corsair till last build when i got some ocz stuff has been brilliant but after seeing my m8's pc recently for my x79 build i am going gskill this time very good ram and clocks above it's stated speed well in the now two experiences i have had of it .
