been waiting nearly a year for my MSI 3080 - bought it at market value as soon as it came out, so I doubt they'll ever send me one

anything I can do? can't pay double the market value

No chance of receiving an order from back in the day. Either suck it up and pay over the odds or try your luck at an FE card.

Nah, his order was deemed uneconomic 9 months ago at least, in fact the card they "sold" the OP has been sold to to someone else 20 times over.

I can't believe OCUK haven't cancelled and refunded by noiw, but then again, this is 2021 UK scam economy, so of course I can.

Where you buy it from?

You did buy it at market value as that was the value at the time. They are obliged to sell you that card if there are still selling the same card. Watch the website's stock list for that card. If it is 10 in stock 1 week and 3 the next then question them. They've had your money and they have been selling them?

HAve you seen that card in stock, or is it for sale for more at the same retailer? If they have been selling them and kept your money and offered no refund then they have broken the law. If you have evidence (dont really need that, just lie if they have) with screen shots showing stock movemnt but never fulfilling your order - then threaten them with consumer regs and ombudsman.
