So made an order for a Microsoft Bluetooth dongle on the 6th Nov with 1st class postage.
Forward to the 14th, after a half hour wait on hold to get through to someone and quoting my order number, all I was told was its been dispatched (I had an email on the 7th to confirm this) and therefore its out of the companies hands as to how long it takes...
Now on the 17th and I'm sitting on my hands waiting, in hindsight I should have just paid £5 extra and could have had this a week ago from amazon.
This was my 1st purchase from OC 11 days ago, apparently dispatched 10 days ago yet my complaint went completely unheard, as I was then informed im supposed to wait a minimum of 2 weeks from dispatch before anything can be done?
Policy or not that isn't correct given that the postage charge is just shy of £4 from within mainland.
Just wanted to post this in the hope that someone relevant would see and could actually come to some kind of resolution but when this is received I will be returning immediately, at this time I don't know whether to expect it tomorrow or Christmas, so ordering a second this evening.
