so i drilled the rivits and took the top off to mark out where the 120.2 thermochill would go i cut that out and mounted the rad in the top with fans pulling through rad

big thanks to my mate george for knocking me up the t piece and tempory fill port cap as my nylon t piece and danger den filport never arrived on day of build, so good olg george made me some from half inch plumbing fittings and TBH the t piece is prolly less restrictive than the nylon one would be

more to follow in a sec

why so bad mate just cos of the top ?

Your running 1/2" or 7/16" tubing, with 1/2" barbs all round by the look of things, however your pump is 3/8", negating everything else being of a wider bore.

Get yourself a petra top, and 1/2" barbs ;) Shorten the tubes from the rad too, the shorter the better :)

The difference between 3/8" and 1/2" is next to nothing, though I do recommend getting a better top, but not for larger bore, but for the superior flow path into the pump.

When pushed hard tho the top inlet pumps are much better but I bet the system isnt being pushed to much at the moment, upgrade the top next time you add something to the loop:)

Nice job btw!

Forgot that was the main reason for the top :o

Haven't had w/cing for ages now... got sick of it :p

You could also do the ghetto top intake mod if you feel inclined
