Stock 4300 HSF??

At the moment I am useing the stock intel HSF to cool my c2d 4200 and it's doing a fair job to be honnest it's keeping the temps quite good @ 2.6, I dont want to clock the cpu further on the stock cooling for obvious reasons. now sitting next to me I have an XP-120 would this be better at cooling than the stock HSF (looking to get a 3.2oc). Is the tuniq tower going to offer me £27 more cooling (£5 lga775 bracket for xp120) e.g. worth buying instead??

Get the XP120 bracket and do that, a C2D at that speed is pretty quick anyway! Unless you are really trying to push it the xp120 will do fine.
