I will be making the jump and it’s occcured to me that I’m still rocking ddr3 1600 …

How much if an improvement will I Feel ?

From gaming to usual general pc use …

I was thinking of taking up streaming in the future would love to get into that.

I also have a 100hz 34 inch 1440p LG Curve screen.

I also have a 5700xt - was thinking of going for a 7700xt maybe

Depending on what you play a huge amount to very little. :-) If you play modern games the the leap will be very substantial
 
It is a "how long is a piece of string" type of question really, depends on what you're doing. As said above, there will be some games you'll notice little difference, but it's likely that with a Zen 4 CPU and 7700 XT you'll be able to do things that won't be feasible (like 1440p UW/100 fps in the very latest games for the next few years).

Some games also don't like 4 core CPUs anymore, especially if they're modestly clocked, so they would improve smoothness and minimum FPS.
