Stock Cooler on E6850

Hopefully I've bagged myself an E6850, and I'll be trying to build it into a quietish PC (well, quieter than my current build anyway).

It comes with the stock cooler, and as such I was wondering how loud the cooler would be? I do suspect however, that it won't be much cop if i decide to oc it at all?

Thoughts?
 
Its not too bad but I would personally invest in something like the xigmatek 1283 if not for overclocking, for silence.
