Stock Cooler Replacement

Hi I hope someone could recommend me an appropriate replacement to the stock cooler for my 1st Gen Core i5-750. My stock cooler has started to make a rather annoying noise when it ramps up so I want something really quite to replace it with, I do not overclock the CPU.

I have 2 x 4GB Corsair XMS3 and a Cooler Master Cosmos Case, but I am down sizing to the Antec Three Hundred Two.

The RAM is low-profile which is good and looking at a few reviews of the case suggests it can take coolers upto 170mm tall.

So you can take your pick pretty much of coolers,
