This might sound like a stupid question but I just ordered some parts from OCUK for a long overdue upgrade, does the OEM I5 2500 3.30Ghz come with a stock cooler? Stock is fine for me as the most I'd be contemplating is an O/C to 3.5 Ghz, but the description doesn't mention the cooler.

Incidentally, pleasantly surprised at OCUK pricing - much more competetive than when I did my last upgrade three years ago. With free postage that kind of clinched the deal and I ordered all the bits from your good selves.

Oops...

Wonder if my old Arctic Freezer currently sitting on top of my E8400 will fit then? Are the arrangements the same on the Z68 motherboard (I've ordered the Asus P8Z68-V LX) or is it a different fit?

If so can someone spec me a fan in the £20 range?

Perhaps it ought to be made clearer in the catalogue if the fan isn't included.

Just had a look at the shop website, and the lack of cooler isn't mentioned as far as I can see. OEM always means no cooler and 1yr warranty though (stock cooler and 3yr for retail).

The Coolermaster Hyper TX3 looks a good bet at £16.98 on this week only if you want to keep things cheap.

After a bit of ferreting around I found an Akasa K32 AK-CC7117EP01 which will hopefully do the trick, sorry OCUK bought that one from a competitor as I didn't want to confuse the order.
