Stock Core2Duo Cooler

I recently bought a new rig, I didn't bother with a decent cpu cooler straight away but the stock one appears to be doing fine. My CPU usually idles at under 20, can vary from 12-19 c. I'm a poor student so our house is usually ridiculously cold (Wales + no heating) and I'm guessing the low room temp is quite a big factor.

It's not overclocked atm, is it worth risking a fairly mild overclock with the stock cooler or should i invest in a decent one?

Which C2D do you have & are those temps from Intel TAT?

TAT wouldnt work :S. Can't remember the error, i used everest and it's a 6300.

A mild overclock should be no problem. Just keep eye on temps, try & get TAT to work or use CoreTemp.
