Stock fans +CPU cooling

Stock coolers and fans.

I'm looking to build a new system. The case I'll be using is the Coolermaster RC-1100 Cosmos .
Does anyone know what the stock fans that are supplie with it are like. And if worth getting others what would you recommend.

Simmarly I have looked at getting the Asus Silent Square Pro CPU Cooler is this an ok cpu cooler??

It is an expensive case so i would guess that the pre-installed fans would be of decent quality, alternatives would be Yate Loons, Xilence Redwing, Noctua. As far a cpu coolers go many here would say the Tuniq Tower, T.R.U.E or the Noctua.
