Stock fans Lian Li 2000

I have recently acquired a Lian Li V2000b and will be water cooling an E6600, GTS8800 etc with the Apex ultra + kit

Now, I'm new to this game but I believe that, despite the w/c, you still need some fan-action?

My question is....

Will the stock fans with the Lian Li suffice, with or without the fans that come with the Apex Ultra + kit, or do I need to purchase any more fans?

Bearing in mind the w/c, I'm going for "as quiet as possible"

Reading a bit of my Swiftech user manual last night, and it appears that the "cage thing" that houses the rad on the back of your PC already has fans attached.

So would I do away with the Lian Li stock fans that came with the case altogther?

And does anyone know how noisy these Swiftech fans are?

Ok... I can see that...

..so do you think the fans which come with the case will make a racket and I should replace them or just stick with them?
