are they all the same?
the reason i ask is i have a E5200 and a Q8300. the Q8300 has an aftermarket HSF, meaning i have the stock cooler from it spare. would it be better than the stock E5200 one, therefore swapping it would mean it would run cooler, or are they all identical?

The Intel retail quad core HSF's normally have a copper slug in the centre as opposed to the dual core retail HSF's which normally are just a thin slice of Alu, therefore the quad HSF should offer a teeny weeny bit better cooling

Not sure if the improvements are worth a swap out but if I was starting from scratch I know which of the two I would choose!
