Stolen MS Points

Ok, slightly dramatic thread title.

What's happened, is I bought some points ages ago with a game, possibly MW3, never used them.

Came to use them today and the card has been used and the box is open , so I am guessing my brat of a little brother has redeemed them on his console.

Question is how do I find out/prove this ?

If I log in to his billing information will it show the serial number of my box or anything solid like that ?

Slightly more mature than that also, he's a kid, and I am 28, if he has done wrong I will talk to him, but the last thing I want to do is "accuse" him without proper evidence.

Does it show where they came from ? i.e store card or a serial number of the card used ? Anything to relate the box/card I have to the redemption basically.

If it was a purchase through dashboard though there would be a monetary value next to it.

Surely if the card was unused when you bought it and it was in your house, then its obvious it was he who has used them, without even needing to officially check. Unless you have loads of random people who come to your home who could have done so?
