stone chips on paintwork

How do you fix them?

I bought my car last sept, its already got a chip on the bonnet how can i fix it?

its a bmw 3series!

i'd also like to know this as i bought the touch up stick from halfrauds and although looks 'ok' from distance, you can see close up where it's been touched up

go to a bodyshop and get them to spray the front of the bonnet? more expensive option but will get the better results

wonder what difference it being a 3 series beemer makes...but anyway.

Go to somewhere to buy a touch up stick, apply it in layers to chip until slightly protruding. 2000 grit wet and dry the paint work down till level, cut back with a cutting compound, wax. Job done.

edit- don't bother getting it resprayed. You will pick up stone chips. Sods law. Just touch them up- hell, someone whos good at it can get perfect results quite easily
