In January 2013, Stony Brook University unveiled the world's first gigapixel display, comprising more than 1.5 billion pixels using 416 HD monitors and 72 AMD FirePro graphics cards, and 18 AMD FirePro S400 cards syncing video signals to create one contiguous display.

Smaller bezels would have been nice.

Agree with this lol

Was reading about this the other day, it's pretty amazing.
It looks like there are already no bezels, just thick jointing strips for some reason.

More and more people are typing this. "would have" has become more common online than "would've". It's a weird one because it isn't any shorter than typing the correct word. :confused:

;)

I don't know what's worse, this, or that weird space before punctuation thing that most people seem to be doing lately. That also seems to be more prevalent than the correct way.

On topic;

I don't understand why they didn't try to sort the bezels out on these properly, vertical bezels between a few monitors is okay, or rather not too distracting, but when you've got horizontal bezels and loads of them of the sizes here it just looks like crap.

To me, it's a bit of a waste of time because the bezels ruin it with so many displays like that, if the bezels/gaps were a few mm between the displays, It'd look much much better but these look to me like 2-3CM.
