Just came across this Youtube channel and thought I'd share

Good viewing. It's basically a group of traffic vigilantes in Russia doing things like stopping people driving on footpaths (which in Russia are quite wide) and embarrassing those who disregard kids/pedestrian safety with their driving and parking antics.

Could use some of these tactics in the UK. It's great to see the Russian police supporting them, also. I noticed one of the comments on a video saying the videos are gaining traction in Holland

They've been doing it for years. Few close shaves (guns out) from what I've seen, but in the msot part people suck it up and move their cars.

Reading about the "culture wars" in the USA prez thread reminds me to do my part and help stamp that US imperialism out.

I was thinking the same but they probably know where to draw the line.
Put it this way, if four gorillas got out of a car we probably wouldn't see that video.

2 is annoying, i clocked an r plate focus with one headlight out doing 60 in the outside lane of a 70 dual carrigeway.

One of those "wish i was a peeler" moments, would have been the first time someone gets clocked for simaltaneously speeding (r plate drivers are restricted to 45 here) and going too slowly.
