Stop cascading windows

Hi all
I am using vista and I want to prevent Internet explorer from cascading new windows when I open them.

Is there a reg key I can alter that would change this behaviour?

With firefox if you cascade a window then close using x top right , then open it opens in cascade. open a window and maximise it then close using x and re-open it should stay that way

I dont want my windows full screen though, that is why they are cascading I have my IE windows at present set to about 60% of the width of my screen.
