Stop error 0X00003B

Hi all, just looking for abit of help if possible
Recently built myself a new pc and randomly I keep getting blue screened with stop 0X00003B as the error code.
Anyone had this problem before?, any known fix?.

Make sure you have installed the latest drivers for your motherboard and graphics card.

I have installed all the drivers for both and still seems to do it randomly.
I mean, it done it several times over the weekend, Monday it didnt at all, and last night it did when looking at bbc sport website :/

What are the full specs of your system, are you running a overclocked bundle.
