Stop GH:WT guitar defaulting to controller 1

As title really. Everytime I turn the PS3 on, the GH guitar defaults to controller 1 even if it isnt on. Its annoying having to reassign each time.

Is there a way to stop this?

Unplug the guitar dongle is the only way as far as i know.

Yeah it's the same when you have the buzz wireless buzzers plugged in, just take out the dongle and it works fine.
