Stop Vista from grouping

I'm getting sick of Vista grouping my files and folders.

I like to have all of my folders in a list view apart from My computer where i have it as a detailed view.

So back in XP i would set a folder to list view and then go to folder options and apply view to all folders and it would work even when i create new folders.

You do this in Vista and it still decides to group my files and folders in A-Z order and it's doing my head in, i've googled about but can't find a solution.

Can anyone help?

same, ive also found this annoying and would like ot know how to stop it, mine keeps putting my files in totally the wrong order, songs go instead of 12345 it goes 52413 or something like that.
