well its the 13th of december and guess what just popped up again.
there must have been an update that switch it back on, the last time i got this was on the 18th of October when we switched it off
 
Hate Windows 10/11 for stuff like this, if you don't choose options MS wants they will just constantly nag, irritate or use low key ways to try and trick you into compliance...

For example I have OneDrive still on the system but removed from File Explorer except periodically Windows will re-implement it in File Explorer, Automatic Sample Submission disabled but they'll periodically re-flag it for being off (even if it is just a small icon in the system tray) which is annoying - I've set it that way because I want it that way... and so on.
