But that other thing does have a remind me in 3 days button

this one. but to finish it up it wants my to log into a Microsoft account.
the option used to be ask me latter, and it would pop up in a few weeks or months.
but not after the last update the only option is remind me in 3 days

For windows 11 to disable it
I believe it's in settings/notifications/additional settings
