Stop Windows 10 from asking me to set up PIN

Hi all

I've just reinstalled Windows 10 on my parents laptop and every time I sign into the laptop it directs me to a screen to create a PIN. I do not want to do this.

I can either cancel creating the PIN, in which case it comes back next time the laptop is rebooted, or I can create a PIN, delete it again, and it comes back next time the laptop is rebooted.

Can anyone advise how I can stop this screen from appearing?

I've sussed it! On the login screen underneath where you enter your password there are two buttons, one that looks like a phone keypad (which if selected will prompt you to create a PIN as you login) and the second is a text box, which is selected allows you to login without being prompted to create a PIN.

I just hope the selection is remembered...
