Stopping blocked numbers from leaving voicemail

Hi, is it possible to stop someone who is blocked from leaving voicemail, i know i don't have to listen to the voicemail but just don't want any voicemail from them.
This is on a galaxy s8 BTW

Think you'd probably have to get in touch with your network provider to see if they offer it as the phone has very little control over voicemail. For example it'll still go to voicemail of the phones switched off.
