Stopping pixelation change

Ive noticed a lot these days that in black/dark greys colours I often get them showing as white or showing the tv i have playing.

Anybody know how to stop or change this?
I'm not sure how I can explain it but prob me with more questions and I'll try and answer.

can you add more about the rig you have and do you mean black on screen becomes white?

It's not "black" pixels are either becoming white, or if I have tv playing in the background, in the browser, it shows the tv playing.
