Stopping Processes & Programs At Windows Startup.

I have quite a few programs on my computer and just lately it is taking much longer than normal loading up after logon, is there i way of choosing what programs/processes i run at startup via windows?

Also i have just installed nokia pc suite for 6600 for my mum and now the nokia connection manager and a program called mRouter keep running everytime i start windows, how can i stop them?

Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services
Also download Tuneup Utilities and use the startup mananger or run "msconfig" look in startup tab.
