Where do you guys store your computer accessories like screws, cables, thermal paste and bits and bats? Do you just use a normal tool box? Over the years I've accumulated a lot of stuff and need to get organised and tidy

In a cardboard box or three, in the cupboard.

There isn't really enough of it for it to need an organiser type thing. If you want to seperate different types of screws, use little bags. If you want to keep cables tidy, use sandwich bag ties. Any stuff which is surplus to requirements gets sold, given away, or binned. I don't need 20 spare SATA cables for instance.

I don't see why its complicated to be honest, unless you have tens of computers and huge mounds of leftover crap? :p

If you do, and you want to keep it, just do whatever you feel is best. You could get a cheap tool chest for £30 and store everything in that, if you have shelf space for it.

For little bits like thermal paste, screws, etc. I use a parts organiser (lots of little drawers).

EDIT: TBH I'm trying to downscale though - at one point I had a crazy amount of spare parts :( dozens and dozens of fans, cables, spacers/IO plates, etc. etc.

A small parts organiser inside of a 20 litre storage box.

I throw a few silica gel sachets inside to deal with any damp. Probably don’t need to, but I have a load of them.
