Storage HDD required

Got a 250gig HDD, see sig. But its filling up quickly. Iam after another HDD probably about 500gig in size to keep most audio and videos ive got. Whats the best out there?

I have a Seagate 7200.10 500GB and it serves me very nicely
500GB seems to be the sweetspot

the seagate 7200.10 run much cooler then the WD's and Sammy SP's but are the loudest out of the bunch i also find them the fastest iv had 3 sammy 501j die on me this could just be bad luck, still have 3 working fine now but i now only buy seagate 7200.10's

all the hdd's bar the WD's are just running on a fileserver which has incressed in size then the one listed on my sig

i find the WD's to be quiter then the sammys as the sammys have a low freq hum to them

got 2 WD 500 running in a raid nice all round dont think i got them from OC tho and didnt pay £75

WD's AAKS range for me are the best, extremely quick as well as being quiet.

What does the 5000aaks mean regarding the WD HDD?
