Store collection on a Saturday

Hey folks,

Most likely the wrong place to ask but can't find an answer anywhere!

I've made an order for collection a couple of hours ago and haven't had a 'ready to collect' email. Is Saturday collection a thing or am I stuffed?

Collections available Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:00, Saturday: 10:00 - 16:00

Think I was just expecting an email fairly quickly so suppose I'll just have to wait it out.

The order details haven't moved onto the order preparation stage so I have a sneaky suspicion that they might not be processing orders

Annoying as I could have had it delivered today from a competitor for the same price with free delivery and a freebie (which admittedly I wasn't fussed about)

That'll teach me for trying keep it local and doing my bit for the planet

Yeah give them a call to make sure. It's usually 1.5-2hrs when I've done it online (about 10 times this last year) but once it was like 3hrs.

Yeah, I tried ringing after the order was made but the automated message basically said the opening hours were Monday to Friday.

Theres still time left in the day I suppose : )

Post in the CS section of the forum man and ask, quite odd that it's still not come through.
