Anyone know how to do this for IBM DB2. and whether it is possible to search the document within the blob?

My main problem is searching the blob- it'll be a word document stored in it (with formatting, hence a CLOB can't be used
). Loads of examples to do it with Oracle but not with DB2 (which all our apps use :/).
Still, could allow me to prove my worth as a Java programmer
