Storing Gamesaves On Cloud ( or equivalent )

Is it possible to store GTA 5 and Cyberpunk 2077 ( offline campaign ) to the cloud ?

Asking incase I get a new SSD in future would save me lots of time and bother if it's possible to back the gamesaves up on the cloud ( steam online, or Rockstar Games launcher )

Otherwise would I have to take the gamesaves off the HDD, install the new SSD and then transfer the gamesaves over ?

There was a utility called Game Save Manager that did this and would back it up to OneDrive, etc.
