Storing Win 10 pro and other folders on one USB drive?

As the heading says can I store my win 10 pro install folder, Win recovery folder and 1 or 2 other things I need onto one USB drive so I can keep that separate and use my other drives for other things?

As it is a bootable drive for the Win 10 install, I was wondering would it cause issues if I have other folders on the drive?

Don't do it.

Put Windows 10 on a USB key, and your recovery data on a USB HDD / SSD. When you need to, boot off the Win 10 USB and use that to recover from the HDD.

As said, it's probably not best practice, but it is perfectly acceptable and won't cause any issues.
