Straight into bios?

I read somwhere to enable overclocking you have to switch a tab or somthing on your mobo? Is this true?
I have a DS3R.

i believe its alt + F1 when your in bios screen, gives you access to more clocking options

On the BIOS screen try Ctrl+F1

So i dont have to mess with my motherboard before overclocking? I can just go straight into bios and start ramping it up? Just i read i need to flick a switch or somthing on my mobo.

I remember the good old days of overclocking via jumpers on the Motherboard. 166MHz increase was a good step lol

i was close install your components, (set up windows/Os if needs be) then bios and away you go
