Stranded vs solid

which should i use? I'm having my router by the phone and running cat able around the house (Tac'd to the walls, through floor boards all the way to the network card on the pc)

Stranded's easier to get round corners. Won't really make the slightest difference other than that.

Use solid core for fixed, permanent runs. Stranded for patch cables.
