Strange Artifacts in Thumbnails

Hi
I recently purchased and assembled the following build

**B Grade** AMD Ryzen 5 5500 Six Core 4.2GHz
**B Grade** Asus TUF Gaming B550-Plus WIFI II
**B Grade** Asus Radeon RX 6600 Dual 8GB GDDR6
**B Grade** Team Group Vulcan Z T-Force 16GB £34.99 £34.99 (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C16 3200MHz

I am using a Corsair CV550 PSU which I already owned.
The build is working and boots up into Windows 10 OK. I originally installed Windows 11 but had all sorts of problems with connecting my Microsoft account.
The problem I get is some strange artifacts on thumbnails in webpages, in particular Edge. I have attached some screenshots to demonstrate.
My version of Windows 10 is fully up to date and I have installed the latest driver from the AMD Adrenaline software.
I have also installed all the motherboard drivers OK.
Videos appear to play OK and full screen photos don't seem to be a problem.
I have tried with an HDMI cable and also a display port cable in different slots but with the same errors.

I'm slightly concerned that there is an issue with either the GPU, Motherboard or possibly the processor.

Please can anyone offer any advice. I have always used Nvidia cards in the past so may be missing something obvious ?

Thanks
Matthew

I have installed the most recent drivers that installed when I installed the AMD adrenaline software.

Looks like I’ll need to add the images to a hosting account as it only lets me add a link

I have added the images below where you can see the artifacts.

I have tried turning off Hardware Acceleration in Edge, but that does nothing, possibly even makes it worse.

I have removed and reseated the card and tried a different PCI-E power cable.

I don't think I can test it by removing the card and plugging into the motherboard HDMI port as I don't think the processor has integrated graphics.

I don't see the problem occuring if I log into the BIOS.

Edge also seems to crash a lot where it used to be rock solid on my old RTX 3050 build.

I'm not sure if there is anything else I can try...

Cheers, I did try the one that comes with the Adrenaline software, also FurMark(?) which all appeared to run OK, decent FPS and temperatures never got abouve 55c.

I've raised a ticket with customer service as well.

Thanks
