Hey all,
Recently purchased a Beyerdynamics 990 Pro headset and a Fiio E10K which was an upgrade for a Turtle beach set I had. When I'm not using headphones, I have 2 speakers connected to an Asus Xonar DX 7.1.
Ever since I installed the Fiio, the sound on my Xonar/Speakers has gone really tinny sounding. Headphones sound great.
Stuff I have tried:
- Drivers (including changing the order of which is installed first)
- Check settings in both the Asus software and windows Sound
- Re-install software
- Uninstalled FIIO
- Checked to make sure I haven't knocked the cables
- double checked I uninstalled the Turtle Beach driver/software before installing Fiio
I just can't work out what is causing it to do it and now can't seem to get it back to how it was??
Any ideas? I'm thinking maybe the ASIO driver for the FIIO has changed something?
Many thanks in advance!
