Strange AWS Website issue

Hi Guys,
I think this is in the correct place, if not it would be great if someone could move it for me.

I am running an EC2 instance with cPanel and host around 50 websites for clients etc. Every website works perfectly from my location except one, I keep getting a Forbidden notice:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

We have a static IP at the office and I can SSH into the instance as well as access everything else however this one website isn't working for me. It is running the latest version of wordpress however because I'm not even getting through to a white screen of death I'm guessing its not even getting that far.

I have checked the firewall and allowed my IP address but it was fine, again this would have blocked the entire server if it wasn't.

I am not sure where to go after this one? Any help is very much appreciated.
 
It isn't firewall related, the error your posted is generated by the webserver so if you can get that far the network connectivity is OK.

Check permissions on the htdocs (or similar) folder.

Note - I've not used EC2 at all but the same basic principal that applies to Apache or any other webserver should sill be valid.
 
Ah, you didn't say that this site was working from the wider internet but not from your specific static IP.

Check the webserver config, in Apache you can allow/deny stuff based on the IP address that someone is connecting from
 
Ok apologies about that, I might not have explained it correctly lol. Out of 50 websites I can access them all from my IP address except infinityfilms.co.uk

I can ssh into the instance and access everything as normal with exception to this one site.
