I have a BB Bold 9000 and it has a strange issue.
I wont play any ringtones when you press play the bar doesn't move and there is no sound its like the phone is frozen but it hasn't
When you call to it it will only say incoming call and you hear 5 or 6 rings on your own phone. The phone doesn't vibrate no does it ring. When you do press answer you cant hear anything on the bold and on the phone you are ringing from (no static no voice anything)
Sometimes the phone will reboot and it it behaves like the battery has been taken out and the phone turned back on.
So far i have reloaded the current software and installed an older version but still no luck. There are no new updates
