Strange BF2 Message

Hi people,
hope some one can help
I was playing BF2 last night on a 64 server when the screen just froze
I had to Alt tab to my Desk Top, only to find a window message, see below;

memory.dll:chuckpools:FreeFails, Should not come here !

what is this all about !

I have played on lots of servers and have been kick off my admin to make way for Clan member. That problem you just have to accept, however being kick off, which is what I think has happen is really not on.

I am quite confident that there is no problem with my memory as other application run fine.

Can any one advise what this message is about !

Thanks for that El_Watcher,
I did type all of the error message and got nothing from google !
As for SATA Driver i installed the Slicon SCSI driver on set up when i put my SATA Hard Drive in my PC.
I am not sure what updated driver i need, also do you know where i get an updated SATA driver from !?

Would it be the HD manufactuer ?
