Strange boot problem..

About a week ago my PC started not booting on the first attempt. On pressing the power button down the pc would look like it was about to start the fans would spin for a sec then it would shut down, then after a few secs the fans would spin up again and it would shut down. This would repeat for a while until the machine seemed to eventually spring to life. I'm thinking this maybe the PSU but just wondered if anyone else had experienced anything like this.

Have been having problems with this machine for a while, on trying to play games quite often it will just hang on the title screen, have tried other graphics cards and the problem persisted so I was beginning to think it was a faulty MB, but now I think maybe the PSU?

Has anyone else experienced this? Machine is an Asus P5K-E, with an OCZ StealthXStream 600w PSU and an 8800GTX. Vid to show the weird boot on youtube at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mrZKmJLRG6I

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks for the tip, took out the usb devices last night and it started first time :p I guess my question now is, does it sound like my MB might be shafted? It seems the most logical conclusion with the USB problem now and the problems I've had with it hanging for quite a while now.
