strange boot up issue

Hi, I have a weird issuie when I first power on my PC.

I apply power, press the on button and the machine powers up for about two seconds. It then turns off before powering on again automatically. It then loads and runs perfectly.

It does not exhibit ths strange trick upon a system restart ????

Weird....

Spec is as below in sig. Any thoughts?

hmmm i have read something about this, this is a common problem it has been mentioned on this board before.

i think a bios update sorted it. but i cant remember for certain. but i know lots had had this.
