Afternoon folks,
I am in the process of migrating from Pipex to orange broadband and gave Orange my mac code on the 3rd Feb and they believe that they activated my account on the 15th of Feb....and they advised me to only switch over to the livebox etc when my pipex stopped working.
On the 5th March now and my pipex is still working, I've contacted them and all they have to say is that I'm showing on their systems now as with Orange despite me telling them I'm still logged on and have run adsl tests online who show my isp as pipex. As far as they are aware my account with them closed on the 3rd March.
What to do now? Orange seem to think I've been with them since the 15th and pipex also believe I'm with Orange....I can't be bothered to set up the livebox etc to test if the orange works because as far as I'm aware you can not have more than one broadband provider per line?
Any advice soughted please!
