When I'm using my browser, scrolling up and down with the arrow keys no longer works well. It's hard to explain but when I click on a random spot of a website, the cursor will flash as it does in Microsoft Word and when I try to use the arrow keys to browse up and down it'll only move up a line at a time.
I don't know how I've enabled this setting, but if anyone knows what I'm referring to please could you tell me how to disable it?
