No other problems aprt from this strange behaviour.. would be keen to know if other owners have similar issue, or is it just normal...

When I first tun my pc on everything comes on for about 2 seconds, then goes off, then boots up normally.. this happens all the time when booting from cold... There are no other issues at all, everything works fine...

I have the Be Quiet Dark Power Pro 750w psu...

asus board?

if so, then all is normal, asus boards switch on to prehcarge their capacitors, then off, then back on, so the first boot is successful, its a weird system, but tehy've been doing this for a couple of years now, if you don't swicth your psu fully off at the wall or at the back of the box, it won't feel the need to do it, as the standby will trickle into it.

I've had 2 ASUS Crosshair's for the past 3 years, none of them have ever done that..

One did, my first one, the capacitors near the memory slots blew up.. Sorry if that scares you but thats my experience :P

He said it was the i7 Bundle which has a Gigabyte EX58-UD5 Intel X58 Motherboard.

I thought I might get one of these so I'd like to know if it's normal as well.

Ive emailed tech support...

It does only happn whn I turn the psu on,then boot... if psu is left on, and I just tourn pc off then back on its fine...

Bundle is great though :-)
