Strange connection issue :(

I wonder if any one can help.

I am having issues connecting to certain sites and services.

For example

Steam works but origin doesn't
g mail works but hotmail doesn't
Youtube works but sky sports doesn't

and so on

Any ideas whats going on. I have ran speed tests and everything seems normal.

I have tried restarting my router.

Also its the same story on my pc and laptop
