Strange CPU Speeds

I just set up my new PC and got these readings on CPU-Z

My CPU should be running at 2.13Ghz shouldnt it rather than 1.58 Ghz?

My memory is DDR2 667 so shouldnt it be running at 333Mhz rather than 263Mhz?

Disable EIST, Thermal monitor and CPU Enhanced Halt (C1E)

Hey mate how do I do go about doing that? I have a Asrock ConroeXFire-eSATA2 motherboard if that helps

All CPU/Ram settings are set in the BIOS.
You can disable EIST, C1E etc, and change the CPU:RAM divider to 4:5 instead of 1:1 to get 266:333 which is 667Mhz DDR.
