Hi all, I've just installed the H50 cooler on my stock speed (no overclock) q6600 but I'm getting some strange readings from CoreTemp. At idle, 3 of the cores run at 30C and 1 at 25C. Under full load these temps go up to around 48 and 45c.
At first I thought I didn't fit the pump properly or that there was something wrong with the thermal compound, but then I noticed that every time I boot up, the core with the lowest temp changes (so at first the lowest temp was on core 1, then core 3 etc.)
Is this a software or a hardware fault?
Ps: I'm using stock thermal compound that was pre-applied on H50
