Strange CPU temp readouts

I've got some unusual problem with my cpu temperatures (I think it's unusual). I use the Intel i7 3770k. When I check my temps (either in BIOS or using some software like speedfan, etc) the temps are pretty unstable, every second they change by 2-3 degrees up and down. Also when the CPU is at idle the temps are slightly below 40 degrees but when I put the cpu at maximum load the temperature rise suddenly to around 55 degrees (I mean it rises that much in 1 - 2 seconds). I've read somewhere that this may be caused by incorrect heatsink installation but I'm pretty sure I've done everything correct. I'm using Gelid Tranquillo cooler, obviously I've applied thermal paste, tightened all 4 bolts and they're all the way in. The heatsink sits very tight on the cpu (I've had to use quite a lot of force to put it on). I've also tried to control the fan speed with some software so when I slowed down the CPU fan to 0 RPM the temp where slowly rising, then I resumed the fan speed to 100% and the temps where slowly going down so I believe there is a good connection between the CPU and heatsink. I can't see any reason why it would behave like that, have you got any idea what causes this (or maybe there is nothing to worry about)?

yeah my 3570k does that. constant temp wavering, with load temps (default clock) going straight up to 50 from 25 in a second. i think the important fact in all this is that our load temps are not high at all

OK, thanks then. My previous CPU didn't do that for sure that's why I was concerned but if you say it's allright, I'm happy
